I know I can count on one hand the number of people who visit this blog right now, but either way I'm sorry I've been MIA! I just got back from a quick trip to Denver to co-host a bridal shower. It was super busy before I left, but all the work was paid off! We had a wonderful weekend and I think the bride enjoyed herself, which is most important!
On to something from the design world...ELTE's "second life" rugs! These old 100% wool rugs were treated with gorgeous saturated dyes and now will easily steal the show in the right modern or eclectic space. Imagine how darling they would be in a child's bedroom!

You might need a second hand to count the number of people who visit your blog because I just added your site to my favorites. My name is Andrew Metrick and I'm from Elte. Elte was started by my great grandfather more than 90 years ago so that makes my brother and I the fourth generation. I've been doing my best to visit as many local interior design blogs as I can. Many bloggers that I've met recently know that I do this because it's the best way to see a real-time glimpse of what trends people are following. But anyway, the reason for this comment was simply to say thank you for featuring our Second Life collection on your site. My brother Jamie has hand-selected every rug in that collection. He buys for rugs and broadloom and I buy for Ginger's and furniture. Anyway, thanks so much once again. It's nice to know you like our Second Life rugs enough to feature them on your blog.
